This space is a 1 bedroom/1 bath 3rd floor corner vacation rental unit. The balcony overlooks A1A & the front entrance to the property. You can also hear nightly tunes from the restaurant across the street when sitting out on the porch.

There is 1 parking space allowed for our guests with one additional for guest parking.

We have daily, weekly & monthly rental pricing available.
There is a $50 cleaning fee for all rentals and a $100 deposit.
